You may return any item that does not completely satisfy your expectations within 14 days. We ask that you use a delivery confirmation shipper to return the item so that we both know when it has been returned. We will immediately issue you a full refund in the manner in which it was paid, less our shipped and insurance charges where applicable. Jewelry must be returned undamaged under this policy.
