1 - Why should I buy your designer jewelry?
Our jewelry is designer inspired and resembles some of the most fashionable jewelry available.
Many of our customers prefer to wear our designs for security reasons, especially during travel.

quality. Most importantly you will not believe the excellence of our jewelry until you have a piece

2 - What does gold Vermeil mean?
We use the term 14 Karat gold vermeil continuously in describing our jewelry and for a good reason.
Pronounced “vermay” vermeil gold is the official industry designation for a heavy gold application
over sterling silver. The term cannot be used to describe gold plating over base metal in which the
plating is much thinner. Electroplating over base metal gives you an inferior product that is truly costume
jewelry and in most instances will not last. 14 karat gold vermeil has a minimum thickness of 2.5 microns
deposited over sterling before it can be sold as vermeil. Sterling silver versus base metal, you are
the judge.
3 - What is 925 Silver?
Pure silver is referred to as .999 pure. Sterling silver or 925 silver is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.
The copper adds hardness. Sterling (925) silver is the highest standard for the jewelry industry.
4 - What is rhodium?
Did you know that rhodium is more expensive than pure gold?
Coming from the platinum group of metals rhodium never tarnishes and creates a fine luster for jewelry.
By plating silver with rhodium you get the best product available.
5 - What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Jewel Inspirations offers a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee.
6 - Is there a guarantee against damage?
Jewel Inspirations will replace any manufacturers' defect for 30 days from the date of purchase.
7 - How fast will my jewelry be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. You should receive your order within 72 hours after shipping
unless you prefer next day service.
8 - Do I have to pay for shipping?
Orders that exceed $100.00 are shipped free with insurance. Standard shipping with insurance is
$7.30.
If you prefer to have your order expedited an additional charge will be charged at the Check-out.
9 - What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with an item or need to return a defective product simply send it back to us but
be sure to use a “Delivery Confirmation Service”. We will immediately issue a credit less the $7.30 shipping
charge for returns. A full refund plus your shipping charge is given for defective items.
10 - What forms of payment do you accept?
Jewel Inspirations accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Money Orders
for your shopping convenience. If you prefer to send us your personal check, your order will be
shipped once it has cleared..

Because we will need to process your order you will have to give us your name, billing address, phone
number, e-mail address, shipping address and credit card information. We will use this information only
to process your order. We do not share, rent, sell or in any other way disclose your information to any
third-parties. We do have a mailing list comprised of customers like yourself and we will send you notices
of new products offered only by us. If you prefer to be removed from future advertising by Jewel
Inspirations, simply notify us and your name will be removed promptly. If we are requested to release
information to a law enforcement agency in cases of fraud, we will cooperate with that agency.
